The 2024 Apsara Conference featured a total exhibition area of 4,300 m², spanning Hall 1 (2,300 m²) and Hall 3 (2,000 m² basic design + 1,500 m² emergency expansion). Leveraging differentiated themes across the two halls, the project built a comprehensive panoramic display platform for artificial intelligence innovation and applications.

Hall 1 presented an immersive, futuristic AI multimodal world, while Hall 3 served as a dynamic interaction hub that fueled creative collisions and industry dialogue. As the standard-setting design partner for the exhibition area, we established unified visual and spatial guidelines to ensure consistency and continuity across the event. In addition to delivering the full 4,300 m² design scope, the team also provided rapid design support for other zones within a compressed timeline, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional delivery.
